早餐之前先從酒店行住山丘，再爬上沙丘頂睇日出。離開Hôtel La Co(o)rniche酒店和阿卡雄灣後，正式開始參觀酒莊。先從波爾多右岸Saint-Émilion及Pomerol開始出發吧！首站是Chateau Pavie, 上月公報Saint-Emilion classification新評級，保持GCC A (PREMIERS GRANDS CRUS CLASSES Distinction A) 。當天中午，波爾多最大的酒商之一的Joanne邀請我們到其辦公室試酒和於貨倉共進午餐。
酒莊介紹
1. Château Client
酒莊莊主Ronan Laborde（現任*UGCB主席）親身迎接我們，帶我們往葡萄田裡看萄葡成熟情況，再參觀釀酒設施和酒窖，並讓我們試酒。今年香港都有UGCB年度品酒會，於11月30日於Rosewood Hong Kong舉行。

2. Château Valandraud
酒莊莊主是有壞男孩之名和車庫酒之父之稱的Jean-Luc Thunevin。
3. Château Rol Valentin
外號情人莊，在莊主Nicolas Robin多年努力之下，酒莊於今年評為Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Class。
4. Château Fleur Cardinale
第四站是Château Fleur Cardinale，莊主夫婦Caroline & Ludovic Decoster邀請於酒莊晚餐，品嗜美酒佳餚。 一共三款紅酒：2017 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru “La Garenne” 、2016 Château Croix Cardinale Saint-Émilion Grand Cru和Château Fleur Cardinale Saint-Émilion Grand Cru (Grand Cru Classé) 2016。
Before having the breakfast, we walked to the hill from the hotel, then climb to the top of the dune to watch the sunrise. After left the Hôtel La Co(o)rniche and the Gulf of Arcachon, lt’s begam our winery tour.
Let’s start with Saint-Émilion and Pomerol on the right bank of Bordeaux! The first stop is Chateau Pavie, the new rating of Saint-Emilion classification was published last month, maintaining GCC A (PREMIERS GRANDS CRUS CLASSES Distinction A). In the afternoon, Joanne, one of the largest wine merchants in Bordeaux, invited us to his office for wine tasting and lunch in the warehouse.
The Wineries
1. Château Client
The owner of the winery, Ronan Laborde (currently President of *UGCB), greeted us personally, showed us the ripening of the grapes in the vineyard, toured the winemaking facilities and cellar, and let us taste the wine. This year, Hong Kong has the UGCB Annual Wine Tasting, held at Rosewood Hong Kong on November 30th.

2. Château Valandraud
The owner of the winery is Jean-Luc Thunevin, known as the Bad Boy and the father of Garage Wine.
3. Château Rol Valentin
Nicknamed Lover’s Village, the winery was awarded the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Class this year under the efforts of the owner Nicolas Robin for many years.
4. Château Fleur Cardinale
The fourth stop was Château Fleur Cardinale, where the owner couple Caroline & Ludovic Decoster invited them to dinner at the winery to enjoy fine wines and delicacies. A total of three red wines: 2017 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru “La Garenne”, 2016 Château Croix Cardinale Saint-Émilion Grand Cru and Château Fleur Cardinale Saint-Émilion Grand Cru (Grand Cru Classé) 2016.
