日本清酒 創業於1872 年，現時屬於北海道其中一 家主要的酒莊，大部份的酒款皆採用北海道種植 的米。他們曾經在全國新酒鑑評會連續 14 年榮獲 金賞。 Founded in1872, Nippon Seishu is now a major sake brewery based in Sapporo, the largest city in Hokkaido. Most of their sakes are made from local rice planted in Hokkaido. They have been awarded for consecutive 14 years the Gold Prize in the Annual Sake Awards in Japan.
