COESSENS Largillier, Coteaux Champenois Rouge Entiere 2018 (1x75cl)

The Côteaux Champenois Rouge Largillier Vendange Entière by Coessens is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested exclusively in the Largiller monopoly, a vineyard located near the village of Ville-sur-Arce (Côte de Bars). Maceration of the destemmed grapes for about 20 days and ageing for about 33 months in 228-litre oak barrels before bottling for only 1,113 bottles. The Côteaux Champenois Rouge Largillier Vendange Entière has a beautiful opening on the nose with aromas of strawberry and small red fruits. To the palate it is deep, powerful, invigorating, with a nice breadth. Mineral and refreshing wine with a long finish.
