From a southerly exposition. Much more floral, and totally different aromas profile than the northern exposure barrel fruit. Cinnamon, ripe cherry, baked strawberry, plenty of fresh soil.Bold, balanced nose that's unique, deeply inviting, and beautiful. A different kind of sappiness, with a much higher level of extract than I normally expect in Marino's wines.Huge entry, with plenty of lifting acidity; still developing, obviously, but already a really long finish.
