The Gigondas Vieilles Vignes Sélection Parcellaire 2018 is made up of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah which have been partially destemmed and aged for a third in French oak barrels. It has lots of sweet dark fruits as well as peppery herbs, a light kiss of oak, medium to full body, and a long finish. It should drink well upon release and have a decade of longevity.
