Founded in 1882 by the Canal family in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, Roger Goulart was one of the first wineries in Spain to produce traditional method sparkling wine. Working predominantly with Xarel.lo, Roger Goulart’s Cavas are aged for a minimum of 15 months in a cellar 30 meters underground.
