St Hallett Butcher's Cart Shiraz 2022 (1x75cl)

St Hallett was established in 1944 in an old slaughterhouse in the Barossa. Bill Lindner broke the family tradition of butchering to move into commercial winemaking. The family retired the horse-drawn cart which was used to deliver meat throughout the region and shifted its energy into growing grapes and making wine. The prewine heritage of the property was acknowledged on St Hallett’s 70th anniversary in 2014, with the release of the Butcher’s Cart Shiraz.
