Tapanappa is a dream of one of the World’s most highly talented viticulturalists and winemakers, Brian Croser, and produces a small quantity of fine wine each year. Brian’s mission in establishing Tapanappa in 2002 was to maximise the quality of Australian wine in three specific cool climate single vineyard sites in South Australia. The wines are made at Brian’s Tapanappa winery in the picturesque Piccadilly Valley, Adelaide Hills.
