TRIO INFERNAL, Priorat blanc RIU 2019 (1x75cl)

Riu Blanc is a white wine from the Priorat, produced by Trio Infernal. This project is a cellar owned by 3 French wine-makers: Michel Gérin, Laurent Combier and Peter Fischer, who in 2002 founded this winery in Torroja del Priorat (Tarragona). Riu Blanc is made from the Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo. The grapes come from very old vines, aged between 40 and 50 years, planted on clay-limestone and slate soils. The preparation is traditional for Riu Blanc. Later the wine is aged for 14 months in oak barrels.
