Chateau Olivier Blanc 2017, Pessac-Leognan (1x75cl)

Following the classification of the estate in 1953, for both red and white, Château Olivier’s vineyards have seen considerable work and investment in the last few years, resulting in more concentrated wines. Fermented in barrels and aged for 12 months on its  lees. Citrus, pineapple and stone fruits aromas with mineral notes. Fully ripe on the palate with herbal notes and a long lingering finish. A super example of an old world Sauvignon/Semillon blend.
