Kante won’t release his 2008 Chardonnay Selezione La Bora di Kante for a few years, but the wine is shaping up to be a jewel. Ash, smoke, graphite, peaches and apricots are some of the many notes that flesh out in the glass. I can’t wait to see how the 2008 develops. Today it is shaping up to be another jewel.
