Founded in 1889, Miyoshikiku Brewery is located in Tokushima Prefecture. Using Tokushima Yamadanishi and super soft water, the sake is particularly thick, with perfect crispy and with a charming aroma. Recommended by Mr.Hidetoshi Nakata.
Most of sake are using Yamadanishiki from Tokushima Prefecture. The sake rice production is small yet the rice quality is comparable to the well-known Yamadanishiki from Hyogo.
The brewery uses the spring water from underflowing in Yoshino river and Matsuo River, one of the most famous spring water in Japan. Well known to the locals, this water is super and so the sake is very clear with a good balanced between the tastes of water and rice.
