Clear and shiny green gold colour and dominated by ripe fruits aromas of quince paste, green apple, verbena and lemon on the nose. On the palate it’ very expressive with lemony and spicy flavours. It will go best with cold appetizers, shellfish, seafood, poultry on the grilled and white / dry cheeses.
