Domaine Douhairet-Porcheret, Monthelie Blanc "Cuvee Miss Armande" Vieilles Vignes 2022 (1x75cl)

2400 bottles per vintage. Average age of the vines: 50 years. It is an assembly of several plots classified in Monthélie village, located on the so-called Combe Danay and the small plot “Darnée”. Just like in red, the name of the cuvée is a tribute to Armande Douhairet.

The fruit is carefully sorted and lightly crushed before fermentation in used 500-litre casks, followed by a year of maturation and another three months in tank, to deliver notes of lemon peel and chamomile and a light, fresh texture on the palate.
