Domaine Patrick Javillier, Bourgogne Cuvee Oligocene 2020 (1x75cl)

Bottled late November. Pretty lemon with a lime tint, this is a little stricter at first on the nose, after bottling, but with a wonderful wealth of apple and fresh pear fruit behind, and very good length. Extremely successful. Fine long aftertaste. Tasted: 12/1/2021
