Located in the Yamagata region of northern Japan, the Eiko Fuji Brewery Company was founded in 1778 & is now lead by the 13th generation of the Kato family. Eiko Fuji have 3 concepts on brewing sake which are Clear Taste, Not Get Tired & Enjoy with Meals. Also, The Kato’s name their sake after Mt. Fuji because they want their sake to be as glorious as this symbol.
