The family-owned and run company of Maison Louis Latour for more than 200 years is one of Burgundy’s oldest and most respected wine producers. Founded in 1797, the company today remains under original family control and is both a grower of vines and a producer of fine wines from Burgundy.
The Grand Cru Charmes-Chambertin 2016 reveals a beautiful garnet color. The nose is dense offering aromas of blueberry, nutmeg and smoke notes. The mouth is ample and fresh unveiling notes of licorice and black fruits. A fleshy and tasty wine with delicious persistence.
