This light rosé wine expresses some very intense aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers. On the palate, a velvety texture combined with a fresh flavor gives this wine a certain ethereal quality.
SOIL / CLIMATE
Sourced from a rigorous selection of the best “Côtes de Provence” vineyards.
VINIFICATION
De-stemming, crushing, low-pressure pressing for free-run juice selection, static settling and low-temperature fermentation.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Pale with pomelo hues. Nose: Precise and delicate with notes of flowers and melon. Palate: Powerful and well balanced with hints of citrus and red fruit, highlighted by a pleasant minerality.
