Bibbiano is located in the historical territory of Chianti, in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti. Surrounded by large olive groves of more than three thousand plants, the vineyards of Bibbiano extend for a total area of about 25 hectares between 270 and 300 meters above sea level, arranged on hilly slopes that enjoy an enviable exposure and an excellent microclimate. .
These are made up of red Sangiovese Grosso and Sangiovese plants and, to a small extent, of Merlot and Colorino vines, located on the two sides that characterize Bibbiano and which mark the different organoleptic characteristics.
