Cultivation : Sustainable methods. The soils are worked and tilled mechanically.
Harvests : Manual sorting followed by a vibrating sorting table. 100% de-stemmed. Vatting period lasts 15 days with minimum intervention.
Ageing : 12 months (with 25% new oak) and 3 to 6 months in vats.
Tasting : Aromas of ripe fruits. Rich and concentrated with a chewy texture. Excellent ageing potetial.
