Though it remains subtle, the wood treatment is slightly more noticeable on the super-fresh aromas of just sliced apple, pear and citrus confit. The denser and more powerful medium-bodied flavors coat the palate with dry extract while a prominent bead of minerality adds a sense of lift to the impressively long finale.
