Since 2005, Domaine Hubert Lignier has been buying grande cuvée parcels in the lieu-dit of Les Didiers, a monopole of the Hospices de Nuits domain. The parcel in question here covers 2.5 hectares, bordering on the Saint-Georges terroir of the Côte de Nuits. This concentrated cuvée has a rare finesse.
