The 2018 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Baudes bursts with aromas of cherries, grilled squab, dried flowers and toasty new oak. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, supple and elegant, framed by succulent acids and powdery tannins. This is one of the finer-boned wines in the Sérafin cellar this year.
