This property which is settled in the Kamptal appellation is masterfully run by Willi Bründlmayer, his son Vincent and Andreas Wickhoff MW. Willi has been one of Europe’s most enterprising but also most thoughtful and idealistic winegrowers for decades. In his quest to optimize the harvest, the Bründlmayer team works tirelessly at improving cultivation methods on this beautiful estate. In particular, Willi has applied the lyre training system – a method devised and developed in France, in order to assist a balanced ripening process and development of aromas. With the 2018 vintage, all estate wines will be organically certified.
