The Bianco it is a blend of Grillo 60% and Catarratto 40%.
The vineyards are in Giambascio in San Giuseppe Jato 400 meters above sea level, Verzanica and Pietra longa which are in the stunning Monreale and Corleone area.
All the vineyards are managed organically. A straw yellow white wine which is both precise and delicate.
Perfumed herbal notes of Hawthorne and thyme complement the chalky, mineral base on the nose, whilst the palate both reflects these flavors’ and offers fresh acidity mixed with a pleasant, almost savory finish.
