Crushed red berry fruit, slate, minerals crushed rocks, dried herbs and rose petal are all laced together in a vinous yet weightless Rosé that sizzles with tension. Dosage of 3.5 grams per liter adds mid-palate pliancy without dominating the wine’s s balance. Bright veins of salinity extend the finish e!ortlessly. This release is 65% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 5% still red Pinot from Ecueil. Disgorged in October 2023
