Terroir:Les Levrons is located at the bottom of the Puligny slopes, north of the village; the soil consists in limestone with patches of marls and limestone clays.
Tasting notes:This is an elegant wine consisting in a pure aromatic blend combining grace with a well marked personality and concentration; the bouquet is redolent of hawthorn, hazelnut, amber, lemon-grass and apple with mineral and milky notes. A pleasant wine well balanced and full of freshness.
Serving suggestion:Best as an apéritif or with fine fish and shellfish.
