The Blanc de Noirs from Rousseaux-Batteux is a single-cru (Verzenay) and single-varietal (Pinot Noir) Champagne. The reserve wines aged in barrels for a year give it strength and character. It is the purest expression of the grand cru terroir of Verzenay. Dosage: 5-6g / litre; Disgorged in September 2023.
