The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Volcanic Hill is one of the very finest wines I have ever tasted at Diamond Creek. Vertical and explosive, with tremendous depth, the 2021 screams out of the glass with a complex mélange of dark fruit, violet, lavender, mocha and dried herbs.
