This cuvée comes from old vines (Grenache, Syral, Mourvèdre, Terret Noir) which offer exceptional concentration. Its vinification and aging in oak barrels gives it a very strong personality, with its fruity nose, its spicy notes of pepper and vanilla. On the palate, full, fruity and light, it will acquire a subtle and slightly woody bouquet after 5 to 8 years of aging.
