This is aromatically similar to the regular cuvée but with more floral influence. By contrast there is a more evident difference on the palate to the seductively textured but punchy medium weight flavors that exude a bracing salinity on the impressively long finale. This is also sufficiently structured to repay mid-term cellaring and overall, this is markedly better than the average Bourgogne.
