Cuvée 100% Carignan, hundred-year-old vines. Vineyard located in the heart of the Hautes Corbières at an altitude of 200 meters in the towns of Villeneuve-les-Corbières, Durban and Cascastel. The estate covers two types of soils (schist and clay-limestone). The vineyard is worked entirely by hand and with a chase, without the use of pesticides. Manual harvest in boxes. Vinification without sulfur, low temperature fermentation in whole bunches and aging in barrels. Neither glued nor filtered, no sulfur when setting.
