The nose on this brew that was specially formulated by Regis Camus for Hakushika is a fun collection of bread, cereal, marshmallow, cream of wheat, honeydew, jasmine, and ocean water aromas. Light, smooth, semi-rich, plump, round, and silky this brew does not drink like fruity Ginjo sakes, rather it is more on the umami and ricey side.
