The family-owned and run company of Maison Louis Latour for more than 200 years is one of Burgundy’s oldest and most respected wine producers. Founded in 1797, the company today remains under original family control and is both a grower of vines and a producer of fine wines from Burgundy.
Tasting Note
Our Romanee-Saint-vivant Grand Cru « Les Quatre Journaux » 2016 shows a garnet colour. This wine offers an aromatic bouquet of red fruits (blackberry, raspberry) and subtle hints of pepper and nutmeg. The mouth, long and suave, reveals aromas of chlorophyll, morelly cherry and clove. Beautiful length in the mouth.
