Robert Giraud SAS is a family run and owned Bordeaux wine producing company with a history of wine making going back to the 18th Century. The company headquarters is based at the prestigious Chateau Timberlay dating back to 1366. In 2018, Robert Giraud SAS have joined Groupe Les Grands Chais de France (LGCF group), a family company, was created in 1979 by Joseph Helfrich.
LGCF group is one of the leading French wine and spirit merchants. With more than 701 ha of properties in the Bordeaux vineyard, the Helfrich family has been able to develop and master the art of winemaking over the years. The company is well known for producing authentic, quality driven individual wines representative of the different terroirs. This quest for quality and ecological production has been recognized in the Terra Vitis, HVE and Organic Certification for ecological wines.
